Currently, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications to fulfill a Program Analyst position supporting the Nursing Mothers Program and Supply Management Support contract:
Operations support and management at client site to include government locations
Policy/Program Development and Implementation to include development of standard operating procedures and process workflows
Strong analytical and writing capability/experience to support data collection/analysis tasks using Excel
Ability to develop professional presentations/briefings using PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
Respond to customer inquiries via phone/emails/in-person with positive attitude and professionalism
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Conduct facility inspections and collect utilization data
Experience in DoD Work Life programs such as the Nursing Mothers Program preferred
Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience working in the Federal Government environment
Possess or ability to obtain Secret clearance eligibility
